Inscope Training can replace your lost or stolen White Card.

If you have previously had a white card issued from either Queensland or Western Australia, and you still have your Statement of Attainment from your original course (see list of approved courses below) we can issue you with a replacement card. The cost of issuing a replacement White Card is $45 (GST free).

Approved courses:

  • CPCCWHS1001 - Prepare to work safely in the construction industry (issued 2017 - April 2022)
  • CPCWHS1001 - Prepare to work safely in the construction industry (issued April 2022 - now)

The Replacement White Card process is as follows:

  • Step 1 - Read our Introduction to make sure you qualify for a replacement card.
  • Step 2 - Provide us with some personal details and delivery address.
  • Step 3 - Upload your original Statement of Attainment (It must have the course code: CPCWHS1001 - Prepare to Work Safely in the Construction Industry)
  • Step 4 - Complete an online declaration outlining the circumstances around your lost, stolen or destroyed White Card.
  • Step 5 - Provide us with your electronic signature online so we can put it on your new card.
