Inscope Training can replace your lost or stolen White Card for $45 (GST free).

Queensland

If you have previously had a white card issued in Queensland, and you still have your Statement of Attainment from your original course (see list of approved courses below) we can issue you with a replacement card.

Approved courses:

  • CPCCWHS1001 - Prepare to work safely in the construction industry (issued 2017 - April 2022)
  • CPCWHS1001 - Prepare to work safely in the construction industry (issued April 2022 - now)

Western Australia

If you have lost your card and require a replacement, you must first identify the Registered Training Organisation that issued you with your white card and contact them to have it replaced. If you are unsure who issued the card, you can find out at Worksafe WA's Construction Induction Training Card Database.

If Inscope Training issued you with your WA White Card, you can apply for a replacement with us.

Replacement White Card process

  • Step 1 - Read our Introduction to make sure you qualify for a replacement card.
  • Step 2 - Provide us with some personal details and delivery address.
  • Step 3 - Upload your original Statement of Attainment (It must have the course code: CPCWHS1001 or CPCCWHS1001 - Prepare to Work Safely in the Construction Industry). A photo or scan of your lost or misplaced White Card cannot be accepted as evidence. If you upload this as evidence, it will be declined and will delay your replacement card being issued.
  • Step 4 - Complete an online declaration outlining the circumstances around your lost, stolen or destroyed White Card.
  • Step 5 - Provide us with your electronic signature online so we can put it on your new card.
