  • Is the White Card recognised in all Australian states and territories?

    Yes.The following construction induction cards are recognised in Queensland and vice versa:

    • Victorian construction induction card
    • New South Wales construction induction card
    • Australian Capital Territory construction induction card
    • South Australia construction induction card
    • Tasmania construction induction card
    • Western Australia construction induction card
    • Northern Territory construction induction card

  • When do I get my White Card?

    If you complete your White Card training before 5pm, your card will be posted the same day. Once your course is complete, you will have immediate access to your Statement of Attainment, and within minutes of completing the course you will have your White Card number.

    If you attend one of our training centres to complete the white card course, you will receive your white card and Statement of Attainment before you leave, upon successful completion the course.

  • Do I have to use a webcam to complete the White Card course?

    If you are completing the Western Australia White Card course (you MUST be residing in WA), you do not need to have a webcam whilst doing the course. However, you will need to use a webcam or the camera on your phone to access our On-line classroom to complete the verbal communication and PPE parts of the course.

    If you are completing the Queensland on-line White Card course (you MUST be residing in designated remote part of QLD to qualify), then you will need a webcam or phone camera at all times whilst doing the course. We use the webcam to obtain your ID, take verification photos (to ensure that it really was you doing the course) and to allow you to record some video responses.

  • Replacement White Card - How do I get one?

    If you have previously held a Queensland or Western Australia issued white card from 2017 onwards, and you still have your Statement of Attainment, you can apply for a replacement card by starting the Replacement White Card course.

    The Replacement White Card process is as follows:

    • Step 1 - Read our Introduction to make sure you qualify for a replacement card.
    • Step 2 - Provide us with some personal details and delivery address
    • Step 3 – Upload your Statement of Attainment (It must have the course code: CPCCWHS1001 - Prepare to work safely in the construction industry)
    • Step 2 - Complete an online declaration
    • Step 4 – Provide us with your signature – this is done online (we need it to put on your new card)

    The cost of issuing a replacement White Card is $45.00

  • What form of ID is acceptable for the White Card?

    Any one of the following forms of photo ID is acceptable for the WA White Card course:

    • Australian Driver's Licence
    • Passport
    • School ID
    • Proof of age card

    For the Queensland White Card course you will need 3 items of identification comprising of:

    • Australian Driver's Licence
    • Passport
    • School ID
    • Proof of age card
    • Medicare Card
    • Debit/Credit card
    • Student ID
    • Australian Birth Certificate
