This Nationally recognised accredited course has been developed for educators and support staff working within an education and care setting, who are required to respond to a first aid emergency, including asthmatic and anaphylactic emergencies.

You will gain the confidence and ability to recognise and respond to asthma and anaphylactic emergency situations.
For Individuals:
- Educators, care providers and support staff working within an education and care setting who are required to be qualified to plan for and respond to asthma and anaphylaxis related emergencies .
- People who need Nationally Accredited anaphylaxis and asthma training.
- Either at work, in the community or at home, this course may save a life.
For Businesses:
- That want a simple and easy way to manage staff courses with a employer account (simple invoicing, access to staff certificates and personalised training page).

Tech and Access
- Internet access – Some parts of this course are delivered online, so you’ll need a stable connection.
- A device – A computer, tablet, or smartphone with microphone and webcam to access course content and complete online tasks.
Identification and Attendance
- Identification – You’ll need to provide a valid form of ID such as a driver’s licence, passport or 18+ card.
- A Unique Student Identifier (USI) – If you don’t have one already, you can apply at usi.gov.au
- Attendance at practical workshop – You’ll need to attend a practical workshop at our training centre. Use our online booking system to choose a time that suits you, or contact us about workplace delivery for group bookings of five or more.
Skills and Ability Check
To make sure this course is the right fit for you, we will ask you a few quick questions during your enrolment application to confirm:
- Your Language, Literacy, Numeracy and Digital (LLND) skills – We recommend skills at ACSF Level 2 or above. If your results fall below the recommended ACSF, we encourage you to review the support document provided with your LLND indicator results. It outlines internal and external learning support options that may help you build the necessary skills or assist you throughout your training.
